Newbie Posts: 7 Group: Members Member #1,997 Joined: March 8, 2008	hye everyone.. currently im playing my games on sdtv. just not fully satisfied. i thought of getting a new lcd monitor in which i can use for my pc as well as ps3. i came across lots of review but still couldn't decide on 1. my budget is about 1k to 1.5k i am not sure whether to choose 22" or 24" i don't know much about 1080p 1080i or 780p. will it show much different if i use the lower one? is it important to have hdmi port or is it ok just to have dvi? dell offers good lcd monitors with hdmi port samsung got better looks as well as better performance specs while lg benq and viewsonic seems to offer some competitive prices thanx for your replies!

If u want truly 1080p, go for 24" but u wont get 2 ms response time... Edited by myxery, Jun 22 2008, 09:37 PM.

I bought it at the Dell online shop on the 2007 year end PC Fair promotion for RM999. I think now it's 12xx. Max res is 1680x1050 and yes supports 1080p downscaling PS: It has a webcam and mic that's compatible with PS3 too! Edited by disket, Jun 23 2008, 02:15 PM.
