i have a PS3 and have been trying to connect it to the internet for the past few days with no luck.here's the details...
- i've used wired connection and wireless too.
- i've set the required settings on my PS3.
- when i tested the connection, obtaining ip is successful but DNS error comes out.
- i'm using aztech dsl 605ew wireless and for wired connection is aztech adsl 305e (both could not enable my PS3 to connect to the internet)
-i've tried setting the DNS manually which i got from other forums. (208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220)

so if anyone out there can help me i'd appreciate it.i've heard that you can't connect the PS3 to internet if it's a dial up.if it's true, how do i fix this?or change this?and i'm using streamyx.i'm not that knowledgable in computers so pls explain to me in layman's term.

Have you tried using PS3 Connection Settings and use PPoE setup to enter your Streamyx username & password?

Try this. Enter the following DNS address manually, following the PPoE setup:

Primary Address: 202.188.0.133
Secondary Address: 202.188.1.5
